One of my best friends and I had dinner at Brugmann a week ago and had an amazing experience! Everything - from how we were greeted when we walked in, to the wonderful food - was impecable. The food was creative and perfectly prepared. The best part was how we were treated by the entire team, led by Nico - who was the best. They were attentive and took great care of us.
Chef was visable and truly cared about the experience of the guests. Impressive. He is not only talented, but has a clear passion and excitement to welcome guests into his restaurant.
The wine recommendations were beautifully matched and the surroundings gorgeous.
The experience was just that...an experience. It was how restaurants of this level should be: a culinary journey that appeals to not just the palate, but the minds and the hearts.
Il n’est pas pensable de venir à Bruxelles sans aller dîner dans ce somptueux restaurant où la cuisine raffinée est à la mesure de la beauté du lieu et de la qualité du service ! Un jeune chef en vogue dont on entendra certainement parler ! À consommer sans modération . Nous avons passé une soirée divine entre amis .
Un chef talentueux, une équipe pro et sympathique , une bâtisse art déco... bref Une superbe expérience culinaire !
