We stumbled upon this restaurant when walking around Brussels and we are so glad we did. The owner invited us in and helped us find what we wanted on the menu. We ended up ordering a large charcuterie and cheese plate and it was one of the best things that we had ever tasted. The owner then helped us pair the meal with wines and let us taste different ones before pouring us a glass. The ambiance of the restaurant was incredible and we were lucky to have been able to discuss the vinyl records that he had playing with him. He even brought us out a regional olive paste that we had never had before, on the house. All of the items were local and well explained. I wish we had had more time in Brussels just so we could come here again. Highly recommend!
Le vin nous initie aux mystères volcaniques du sol, aux richesses minérales cachées : Une coupe de vin bue à midi, en plein soleil, ou au contraire absorbée par un soir d'hiver au Gland dans un état de fatigue qui permet de sentir immédiatement au creux du diaphragme son écoulement chaud, sa sûre et brûlante dispersion le long de nos artères, est une sensation presque sacrée, parfois trop forte pour une tête humaine.
Excellente soirée en compagnie d’un vrai passionné des vins natures et des meilleurs produits biologiques - rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel !
