Tijdens ons weekendje Leuven wilde we ergens goed en rustig vegan eten en kwamen we via via bij Alfalfa uit. Erg vriendelijk werden we in deze prachtige zaak verwelkomt. Je proef dat er enorm veel aandacht in de gerechten zit, want de smaakcombinaties zijn fantastisch. De dame die ons bediende was erg vriendelijk en attent. Met goede adviezen bracht ze daarna een licht sprankelende witte natuurwijn, fantastisch.
