Great service from the front desk staff. I arrived early after driving all night from the uk . They accommodated me and my family by letting us check in early so we could shower and get ready for shopping the Christmas markets only grumble is the restaurant is closed at the weekend nights but a limited expensive bar menu is available in the informal bar but had the fish & chips which was good. Would stay again definitely.
This was the best hotel of them all. I would recommend any Crowne Plaza hotel as their standards are so very high.
Today this Hotel supported the arrival and registration of people wishing to collect their cars from Brussels airport after the tragic bombings earlier in the week. Staff outside were busy guiding people and vehicles safely. Additional staff worked tirelessly to ensure those in the queue outside were protected from the rain by constantly walking up and down the queue recycling umbrellas. Once inside the hotel lobby, another team ensured that everybody in the queue had the chance to have a complimentary warm drink. THANK YOU.

Muy correcto, bien servido y atendido. Buffet en desayuno y almuerzo de altísima calidad y variedad. Recomendado. Además tiene un parque con aves acuáticas en libertad digno de ver y disfrutar.
