Bar très sympa pour regarder le rugby. Mais aussi pour boire des bières ou tout autres alcools. Il y a un choix vraiment incroyable. Une bonne ambiance de pub anglais, les serveurs parlent tous anglais.
Néanmoins nous sommes obligés de payer en cash et c'est un peu dommage, et on ne peut pas séparer la facture.

Accueil pitoyable. La serveuse qui se prend pour une sirène et quibm est incapable de respecter les usages de politesse. Le pseudo chef cuisto qui se prend pour Paul Bocuse et un agent de sécurité tout en ayant besoin de 3 personnes prêts à en découdre alors que j'avais demandé des explications au sujet de la viande pour impossibilité de la préparer "rare" (bleue), qui n'est autre que de la viande reconstituée (NLDR). Il faudra éviter de dire que Rules are Rules. Restez loin de ce pseudo bar.. Nous nous sommes rabattus sans regret vers un restaurant italien.

PERSONNE ne parle français dans l'équipe (serveurs, caissier etc.). C'est une honte, nous sommes à Bruxelles. Je n'ai ni l'envie ni le besoin de parler anglais dans l'horeca de ma ville, officiellement bilingue français-néerlandais. Quand on ouvre un commerce, il faut savoir parler la langue du client.

Pub très sympa, le décor est joli, l'ambiance est bonne et le service est remarquable. Nous avons passé un excellent repas en famille, le service a porté une attestation toute particulière aux 2 enfants. Le choix des bières et surtout des whisky est excellent.

J'hésite entre 3 et 4 étoiles...
Je commence par les bémols : endroit très bruyant (mais ici la faute est à partager entre les clients et la forme des locaux et leur décor qui reflet les sons), pas trop des bières à choisir, prix assez chers, la serveuse qui était là ne parlait pas français.
Pour le reste, la viande était excellente, le décor est sympa

The wild geese was amazing. I was in Brussels last week and spent most nights here real friendly staff and great food. Very welcoming bar just the way an Irish bar should be. Would definitely recommend this place. Loved it !!

its nice to have this kind of bar in a city that does not understand the term with only few exceptions. Listening to Talking Heads and drinking exquisite whiskeys is an pleasant brake of the bar and footstool culture rather than the french table culture. This one has good food too (pub menu) but what was very nice was the different levels - you could sit outside, at the bar, at tables with footstools and at tables in different styles in each corner. I could stay all night long. Other good thing is that its right across the Commission so an after work drink or a business lunch is fine here.
The only thing is that it was extremely (but extremely) expensive. 50cl of Irish whiskey (not the top notch brand but a good one) and a pack of smokes 18euros.

Wonderfull pub in the very heart of Europe, the European Quarter in Brussels. Great beers, good food and an exquisite range of whisk(e)y. Had a look at the whisk(e)y menu and decided to come back on a regularly bases!

We had a lovely meal on the terrace in the sun, perfect break in the middle of the day, the menu is short, but there is plenty of variety and choice, staff are always pleasant and service speed is reasonable for such a busy lunch venue.
